If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We'll replace your order or issue a full refund immediately — no questions asked.
Custom orders are non-refundable as they are made exclusively for you based on your specific design request. We confirm all details with you on WhatsApp before we begin, so please review carefully before approving.
With proper application and care, ForQueen press-on nails last up to 2 weeks. Using nail glue gives the longest hold. Adhesive tabs offer 3–5 days of gentle, comfortable wear — perfect for events or trying a new style.
Not at all, if removed correctly. Never peel them off — this can damage the top layer of your natural nail. Instead, soak in warm soapy water for 10–15 minutes to loosen the glue gently. Read our blog for a full removal guide.
We offer five nail shapes: Almond, Square, Stiletto, Coffin, and Oval. Sizes range from XS to L. Visit our Size Guide page for per-finger measurements to find your perfect fit across all 10 nails.
Use a soft measuring tape or a strip of paper to measure the width of each nail in centimetres at its widest point. Match each finger's measurement to the chart on our Size Guide page. When between two sizes, always size up for a comfortable fit.
Yes, if removed carefully without damage. Gently clean off any glue residue after removal and store the nails in the original box. Reuse is possible 1–2 times using fresh adhesive tabs for the most comfortable second wear.
Clean your natural nails and push back cuticles. Lightly buff the surface and wipe with alcohol to remove oils. Choose your size for each finger. Apply a thin layer of nail glue or an adhesive tab. Avoid prolonged water exposure — wear gloves for dishwashing and cleaning. Do not pick or peel. Apply a clear top coat every few days to extend wear. Store any extra nails in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Absolutely! Any standard nail glue from a pharmacy or beauty store works perfectly with ForQueen sets. Apply a thin, even layer for the best hold. We recommend avoiding super-thick glue as it can look messy at the edges.
